FAQs
Still have questions?
How do I book a supervision session?
Easily! Please contact me in the first instance to discuss your needs, then once we have agreed that we are the right fit, you’ll just book a session via the bookings page.
Unfortunately, I am not able to offer any free services or concessions. Please get in touch if you would like to, to see if I can help you to negotiate with your employer, or point you in the direction of other sources of support.
What if I have to cancel a supervision session?
That’s no problem. Just let me know within 24 hours and we can rearrange. You will have paid in advance for the session when you booked - so you simply rearrange another time. Please see my Terms and Conditions for further details.
What if I don’t like the supervision I’m getting?
It’s completely understandable that sometimes things don’t work out. I’d hope you could tell me, but of course you have every right to cancel our arrangement without explanation. Please see my Terms and Conditions for further details.
What information will you hold about me?
This will depend on which service you are receiving, but I am happy to discuss this further with you when you contact me. I’m fully GDPR compliant and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a Data Controller.
Is our work together confidential?
Yes. Subject to the usual exclusions (eg, if I feel that you or another person is at risk) our work together remain confidential.
Do you work face-to-face?
I do offer a small number of face-to-face shamanic therapy sessions. However, I live on a smallholding in Anglesey and am not able to travel, so unless you can come to me, our work will be done online.
What experience do you have of supervision?
I’ve been qualified as an occupational therapist since 1998 and have worked as a lecturer in Occupational Therapy for 10 of those years, having supervised and supported many students and practitioners throughout that time. In addition, my Masters dissertation explored the supervision relationship. If you’d like to find out more about me, please see my ‘About Me’ page.
