Nature of Service

Fiona Joy Hill is an occupational therapist and shamanic practitioner, offering professional supervision services for occupational therapists and students and for shamanic practitioners and students of shamanism.

These services are provided by Fiona Joy Hill. These Terms and Conditions are set out to confirm that all relevant parties understand the service provided, arrangements for payment, procedure for cancellation of appointments and data protection.

By accepting services from Fiona Joy Hill, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Appointments may take place over the phone, via a mutually agreed online platform such as Zoom, WhatsApp, or, rarely, in person. In-person appointments may take place at my home. This will be agreed between us in advance.

If the online connection fails for any reason, appointment will continue via phone where possible.


Fees for 2022 can be found here. Fees for supervision and shamanic healing sessions are set on an annual basis. Fiona Joy Hill reserves the right to increase fees as necessary to cover costs. You will be informed of any increases in fees in advance.


Payment terms.

Payment for individual supervision or therapy is required in full at time of booking, following initial discussion to agree that we are working together.

Bookings are made through online booking system. Please do not attempt to book unless you have spoken to Fiona for an initial discussion first.

Payment from employers should be made via BACs transfer. Invoicing can be provided. Please speak to me in the first instance.

Services may be withdrawn at any time if payment remains outstanding.


Occupational Therapy and Shamanic Practitioner Supervision

I believe supervision is really important, but I do understand that very occasionally it is necessary to cancel.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you can simply rearrange, since you will have paid for the session at the time of booking.

If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or you will be charged in full for the appointment.

If you cancel your supervision appointment on more than two consecutive occasions without attending, even if you have given 24 hours’ notice, I ask you to contact me by phone or email to rearrange before we continue.

I will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible of the need to cancel or rearrange future appointments. If I have to cancel your appointment urgently and we cannot find a mutually convenient time to rearrange, you will be provided with a refund.

Shamanic Healing Sessions

If you need to rearrange your shamanic healing session, please contact me with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or you will be charged in full for the appointment.

If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to go ahead, please get in touch. Payments made will be refunded minus a £10 admin fee.


All information provided by you during supervision or shamanic healing sessions will be treated confidentially, with the usual exceptions.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a Data Controller and as such, comply with the current General Data Protection Regulations (2018). For further information regarding confidentiality or how I ensure the security of your information, please contact me.


I hope you will not have cause to complain about my service, but please contact me in the first instance if you have any issues you are unhappy about. Complaints Procedure can be provided upon request.

Cooling off Period

Under UK law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period after requesting a service from a provider. If you accept and go ahead with an appointment that falls within the 14-day period following initial contact, you waive your right to this entitlement.
